Take on a mission to retrieve a scientific manual hidden in a disused factory. With time ticking away, every decision matters. Think critically, share ideas, and work as a team. Leverage collective intelligence, manage stress, and collaborate effectively to succeed.
Logistical constraints: Requires cabaret-style seminar rooms with a central screen for optimal engagement.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: This is the only UrbanGaming activity tailored for teams of 10 participants. It’s an excellent way to encourage active listening, meaningful dialogue, and teamwork.
Escape Game Eco-Vengers
Concept: Imagine an Escape Game that can be set up anywhere (meeting room, restaurant, etc.) with a focus on the CSR theme.
In this activity, your goal isn’t to escape a room but to solve puzzles and unlock various items contained within a briefcase.
Logistical constraints: A space of approximately 5 square metres and a projector are needed to organise this game. The ideal duration is 1 hour 30 minutes. We specialise in hosting large groups, with the capacity to engage hundreds of participants.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: This team building activity is an excellent way to familiarise your colleagues with the core principles of CSR while promoting collaboration and participation.
Team building intelligences multiples
Concept: Here’s an idea inspired by Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences.
Each team will tackle challenges linked to different types of intelligence. The objective: to earn a place in an exclusive circle — that of the brightest minds. This team building activity celebrates the unique strengths of your team members, offering a fun and interactive way to improve group cohesion through varied and engaging tasks.
Logistical constraints: Designed to last between 40 and 100 minutes, this game can take place indoors or outdoors. If held in a reception area or office, access to multiple rooms and a corridor for movement is recommended.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: A fantastic option for highlighting the complementary skills of different Business Units while promoting empathy and mutual respect among colleagues. This team game provides a rewarding and collaborative experience.
Remote Escape Game
Concept: The ‘Green Impulse’, the crown jewel of clean energy aviation, needs a pilot. Are you and your team up for the challenge? This is a virtual escape game.
Logistical constraints: Designed for remote play, this game is perfect for teams working from different locations or teleworking. All you need is a computer or smartphone and video conferencing software like Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.
UrbanGaming’s review: In the era of teleworking and distributed teams, this game is an excellent tool for strengthening connections and encouraging teamwork.
Rallye digital
Concept: Discover Milan in a fun and engaging way with an innovative treasure hunt! Your playground? A district of Milan (for example, Navigli with its picturesque canals and lively atmosphere, or Brera with its historic charm and artistic flair).
Logistical constraints: A room with a screen is required for the briefing and debriefing.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: This treasure hunt is particularly recommended:
- if you’re exploring an area different from your usual workplace, or if some of your team members are unfamiliar with the city.
- if you’re a large team. We’ve successfully hosted activities for up to 1,000 participants simultaneously!
- if the weather is sunny!
