The Concept

An educational Game

A game enabling newcomers to discover the premises and key values of your company.
Onboarding, or the integration of new employees, is the first step of shaping your staff’s affinity with the company.
The challenge lies in the transmission of key information necessary for effective and successful integration into the new company (history, business sector, organizational chart, etc.).

Your employees, divided into teams and equipped with a tablet, will navigate round the premises to discover how the departments are organized, and familiarize themselves with the DNA of the company.
Involvement — whether physical, in moving around, or mental, through the memory challenges presented on the tablet — will provide participants with a broad understanding of the company and with a vision of its operating way.

Briefing

The briefing is the first phase of the activity.
The Game Master explains to participants the concept of the game and how the tablet works, using a visual and an introductory video.
The presentation time is about 10 minutes.

Game

Indoor Onboarding is 100% adaptable to your workplace. Upon arrival, the Game Master will distribute visual cues around the various work areas, be they inside, outside or both.
Organised in teams and equipped with a tablet, the participants’ first mission will be to locate these visuals.

Debriefing

After the competitive phase comes the debriefing, during which all the teams gather together before the final challenge: Who Wants to Remember the Questions?
For approximately 30 minutes, the winning team will have to answer a series of questions about the main messages tackled during the activity. Will your memory be up to the job?
